Screen-printed cold foil stamping is a hybrid post-print enhancement process that combines screen printing and cold foil stamping technologies. It involves precisely printing a specialized UV adhesive onto the substrate using a screen printing plate, bonding the cold foil to the adhesive via mechanical pressure, stripping away the waste foil, and finally curing the assembly under UV light. This process ensures the stable transfer of the cold foil onto the product surface.
