Premium UV & Cold Foil Machine for High-Quality Printing
Product Introduction
The Premium UV & Cold Foil Machine series includes the ZP-130-LT-2 and ZP-145-LT-2. Both models combine four decorative finishing functions: cold foil, wrinkle, snowflake and spot UV.
The series is designed for printed products that require metallic decoration, tactile texture or selectively highlighted areas. The two models share the same finishing functions and offer different maximum sheet sizes, power requirements and machine dimensions.
Available Models
ZP-130-LT-2
Handles sheets from 540 × 350 mm to 1320 × 900 mm. Total power is 62 kW, with machine dimensions of 6800 × 2850 × 2300 mm.
ZP-145-LT-2
Handles sheets from 540 × 350 mm to 1450 × 1200 mm. Total power is 70 kW, with machine dimensions of 7500 × 3300 × 2300 mm.
Four Finishing Functions
01. Cold Foil
Adds metallic foil decoration to selected graphic areas, helping logos, patterns and packaging details stand out.
02. Wrinkle Effect
Creates a pronounced textured UV surface for decorative areas that call for a more tactile visual treatment.
03. Snowflake Effect
Produces a crystalline, snowflake-like decorative texture that can add visual contrast to selected areas of a design.
04. Spot UV
Applies UV coating to chosen areas to create contrast between highlighted details and the surrounding printed surface.

Choosing a Model
- ZP-130-LT-2: suitable when the required sheet size is within 1320 × 900 mm and the available installation space matches its dimensions.
- ZP-145-LT-2: provides a larger maximum sheet format of 1450 × 1200 mm for work that exceeds the ZP-130-LT-2 format.
- Shared finishing options: both models support cold foil, wrinkle, snowflake and spot UV effects.
- Before selection: confirm substrate compatibility, artwork, sheet format, power supply and installation space.
