Product Introduction
The GP-106-UVYL-3IR Multi-functional Flat Silk Screen Dryer is designed for drying and curing UV inks and solvent-based inks used in screen-printing production.
The machine combines leveling lamps, wrinkle lamps, a steplessly adjustable snowflake UV lamp and UV curing lamps. This multi-lamp configuration supports conventional ink drying as well as wrinkle and snowflake surface-effect applications.
It accommodates sheet sizes from 560 × 350 mm to 1050 × 750 mm and paper weights from 90 to 450 g/m². With a maximum conveying speed of 4,000 sheets per hour, the dryer can be integrated into screen-printing production lines requiring continuous drying and curing.
