HN-1050S Full Automatic Stop Cylinder Screen Printing Machine
Product Introduction
The HN-1050S Full Automatic Stop Cylinder Screen Printing Machine uses a high-speed, high-precision stop-cylinder structure. It is designed for sheet-fed screen-printing production requiring stable feeding, accurate positioning and registration accuracy of ±0.05 mm.
The machine handles sheets from 450 × 350 mm to 1060 × 760 mm and paper weights from 90 to 420 g/m². Its maximum printing area is 1050 × 740 mm, and the operating speed ranges from 800 to 4,000 impressions per hour.
A high-speed offset-type feeder, mechanical double-sheet detection, roller-based sheet delivery and photoelectric sheet-position detection are included. Optional equipment can be selected according to the production process.

01. High-Speed Stop-Cylinder Structure

Optional equipment includes a patented dust-removal device, servo-controlled automatic squeegee-pressure system, servo side-lay positioning system and static-elimination device.
