GP-106-LT-3YS Silk Screen Cold Foil & Cast Cure Line by Huanan

A double-unit finishing line combining screen printing, cold foil, Cast & Cure, snowflake and wrinkle effects at up to 4,000 sheets per hour reliably.

    Product Introduction

The GP-106-LT-3YS Multifunctional Screen Printing, Cold Foil and Cast & Cure Production Line is a double-unit post-press finishing system developed for value-added packaging and commercial printing.

The integrated line combines a paper collector, water-cooled unit, two cold-foil-capable processing stations, a Cast & Cure unit and a snowflake/wrinkle effects unit. Its two processing stations can both be configured for cold foiling, allowing the line to support flexible production requirements.

With cold foiling, holographic Cast & Cure transfer, snowflake, wrinkle and screen-printed UV effects in one connected workflow, the GP-106-LT-3YS helps reduce repeated sheet handling while expanding the range of decorative finishes available to printers.

    Production Line Configuration

    • Paper Collector: receives and organizes sheets for continuous post-press production.
    • Water-Cooled Unit: provides controlled cooling for stable operation during high-speed processing.
    • Cold Foil Unit: applies metallic foil effects without a conventional hot-stamping process.
    • Cold Foil + Cast & Cure Unit: supports a second cold-foil station and holographic Cast & Cure transfer.
    • Snowflake/Wrinkle Unit: produces textured decorative UV effects for premium printed products.

    Main Features

    01. Double Processing Units

Both processing stations are compatible with cold foiling, providing flexible line configuration for different decorative finishing jobs.

    02. Intelligent Servo Electronic Traction

A high-performance PLC serves as the main control platform, with servo-motor-assisted motion for fast response and stable material transport.

    03. Foil-Saving Skip-Step System

The patented skip-step system supports controlled foil feeding and multi-step foil jumping to improve foil utilization during production.

    04. Cast & Cure Transfer System

Automatic web correction, tension control and a curved transfer platform help maintain stable holographic transfer quality. Suitable transfer film can be reused more than 20 times under appropriate production conditions.

    05. Multiple Decorative Effects

One connected line supports cold foil, Cast & Cure holographic effects, snowflake texture, wrinkle texture and screen-printed UV finishing.

    06. Production Speed up to 4,000 Sheets/Hour

The line reaches a maximum mechanical speed of 4,000 sheets per hour, subject to the substrate, foil, coating and selected finishing process.
