China Suppliers Factory HN-1060AD Magnetic Levitation Servo Screen Printing Machine - 4000 Sheets/Hour Output
The HN-1060AD is a new-generation magnetic levitation servo screen printing machine developed with proprietary technology for stable, high-precision industrial printing.
With a maximum production speed of 4,000 sheets per hour and dynamic registration accuracy of ±0.04 mm across the sheet, the machine is designed for demanding applications including tobacco and liquor packaging, cosmetic and luxury boxes, ceramic and glass decals, textile transfers, metal nameplates, membrane switches, and electronic components.
01. Shaftless Servo Feeder
Electronic shaftless drive replaces a traditional mechanical shaft, supporting smoother, more accurate sheet delivery with less transmission wear and reduced feeding error.
02. Drawer-Type Screen Frame
The frame and transmission assembly can be pulled out as one unit, simplifying print inspection, feeder adjustment, screen cleaning, and cylinder maintenance.
03. High-Precision Servo Squeegee
Integrated electronic, servo, and fiber-optic control allows preset squeegee pressure and position, helping maintain consistent ink-film thickness after calibration.
04. Automatic Pneumatic Lays
Adjustable side and front lays support push or pull operation for accurate registration on 90-420 g/m² paper, with fiber-optic sheet-position monitoring.
05. Magnetic Levitation Direct Drive
Gearless and rack-free screen-frame drive provides fast, smooth acceleration and deceleration, ±0.04 mm dynamic registration, lower vibration, and reduced mechanical wear.
06. Ultrasonic Double-Sheet Detection
Ultrasonic transmission and receiving signals monitor sheet thickness and layers to help prevent double-sheet feeding and improve production continuity.
07. Non-Stop Paper Feeding
A pre-loading device supports continuous feeding before the main paper stack is depleted, helping maintain stable production with fewer interruptions.
08. Full-Servo Machine Control
Servo control supports precise, stable operation and allows production-speed and printing-pressure adjustments while maintaining high registration accuracy.

Contact Huanan Machinery for machine configuration, sample testing, quotation, lead time, installation, and training information. Please provide your sheet size, paper weight, ink or coating specification, required registration accuracy, and target production speed.
Note: Actual production speed and registration performance depend on the substrate, ink, screen, printed area, process settings, and operating conditions. Final specifications are subject to the confirmed technical agreement.
The HN-1060AD delivers an operating speed of 500 to 4,000 sheets per hour with a dynamic registration accuracy of ±0.04 mm across the entire sheet.
The machine handles sheet sizes from a minimum of 560 × 350 mm up to a maximum of 1060 × 750 mm (maximum print area 1060 × 740 mm) on paper weights ranging from 90 to 420 g/m².
Its gearless and rack-free direct drive eliminates traditional mechanical wear, lowers vibration, and ensures smooth, rapid acceleration and deceleration while preserving ±0.04 mm dynamic registration.
It features an electronic shaftless servo feeder, an ultrasonic double-sheet detection unit to prevent multi-layer feed errors, and a pre-loading device for continuous feeding without stopping the press.
The screen frame and transmission assembly can be pulled out as a single unit, providing open access for fast print inspections, feeder adjustments, screen cleaning, and cylinder servicing.
When contacting Huanan Machinery, please supply your specific sheet size, paper weight, ink or coating type, required registration tolerance, and desired production output.
