Product Introduction
The QL1500 Automatic Robot Arm with Nozzle Gripper is an auxiliary handling unit designed for automatic material feeding and transfer in industrial printing workflows. It combines adjustable clamping, controlled linear movement and photoelectric positioning to support repeatable operation.
The system operates at 800–1,000 pieces per hour and uses a three-phase stepping motor with 16 N·m torque. A built-in acceleration and deceleration program supports smooth starts and stops, helping reduce vibration during repeated transfer cycles.
Optically isolated signals improve resistance to electrical interference, while the precision photoelectric switch provides positioning accuracy up to 2 mm. The clamping position can be adjusted according to the handled product and production layout.
